This is a global power house who are continuing on their market domination across the APAC and the European markets. You will be joining an organisation who have a rich history and have been in operation for well over 20 years. They promote a flexible working environment and are currently doing a hybrid WFH model across the business.
The Role;
You will be heading up a division which currently has approx. 50 reports. This is a structured environment with solid engineering principles in place. However, you are going to be given the reigns with this team to bring out the best in them by implementing new practices. You will lead the strategic planning to achieve the business goals by identifying and prioritising development initiatives. You will work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) both nationally and internationally to deliver on goals.
About you;
You will come from a background of leading high performing teams and achieving exceptional results. You will ideally come from an enterprise, structured environment, but if not that isn't a deal breaker. You will have strong experience in a software engineering capacity and planning feature road-maps. Although this is a pure hands off role if you come from a C# background that would be advantageous.
This role is a very unique opportunity to get involved with an enterprise scale organisation where you can add your own touch to your team and product. This type of role isn't a "stepping stone" to another company, this person will ingrain themselves within the business and next step from here will be to director level. This role is paying a salary of up to $250k+Super with an OTE of $300k.
