Lead UX Designer
 
Just Digital People are working with a market leader who are using technology to improve aged care. They’re growing steadily but surely and need a strong UX designer to join their team!
 
You’ll be working closely with users to communicate issues or suggested improvements for the already-in-market product to turn this into functional design and overall success of the product. You’ll have the capacity and experience to deliver powerful design ideas, whilst collaborating with the product and development teams.
 
What you’ll get up to:

• Push design practices aligning with industry standards, co-functioning with product and engineering teams closely.
• Define and lead the UX direction through research, analysis, sketches, workflows, wireframes and interaction specifications.
• Listen to customer feedback and research reports, turning data into beautiful and effective design.
• End to end ownership of the company’s product and experience

 
What you’d need to flourish with these folks:

• 7+ years commercial experience of information architecture, interface or interaction design
• A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities throughout various design phases
• Proven experience leading the design-thinking and user-centred design practices across varied functional disciplines
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
• Proficient in all the latest tools- InDesign, Adobe creative suite, Sketch
• A Degree in design-related fields.
