What You'll Be Doing:
As an Unreal Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing immersive gameplay experiences using Unreal Engine. From crafting realistic environments to developing engaging gameplay mechanics, you'll have the opportunity to bring your creative vision to life.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement gameplay features.
Develop and maintain code for interactive and visually stunning gaming experiences.
Optimize and debug game performance for various platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Unreal Engine developments and best practices.
  

• 3+ years of experience in game programming - you understand what it takes to design, build and launch a video game to market, ideally you have built and released your own games
• 3+ years of experience working with Unreal Engine - you have a deep knowledge of UE 4.x and UE 5.x and can architect and engineer solutions in the UE plugin as needed to support onboarding game studios
• 2+ years of C++ experience
• A basic understanding of HTTP Requests and cross-platform development requirements
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical role (technical subject matter expert or customer engagement role)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an experience that makes Game Studios feel like we are part of their development team, not an external third party
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and trust, and to show your technical expertise
• You bring your curiosity, collaboration and technical skills to help others achieve success
• You understand customer needs and can quickly and effectively answer very specific, detailed, technical questions
• You work effectively in a team using task-management software
• You have an excitement to dig in and experiment, with real attention to detail.
