We are on the lookout for a Technical Team Lead for one of our clients. Their team is growing, and it is an amazing time to get involved while still having the chance to remain hands on in the work as well. 
  
Day to day, you will lead the design and development of solutions within the team, identify gaps in technical capability and manage any technical debt. You will also be responsible for supporting and mentoring the developers in the team, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews and encouraging continuous learning and promoting best practices.
  
Ideally you will have at least 7 years’ experience in the Software Development industry. With experience specifically in:

• React, TypeScript, Node 
• Testing (Cypress and Jest) 
• Webpack, Babel 
• Microservices 
• Agile practices 
• Technical Leadership 
• Mentoring

Desirable experience includes:

• Next.js 
• Building serverless applications using AWS Lambda, EKS, API Gateway etc.
• DevOps tooling 
• Observability tools such as logging and monitoring 

  
The office is conveniently located in Brisbane City and requires 3 days a week in the office.
