The Role
They are seeking a Technical Solution Architect to join their Sydney-based team. This is a high-impact role where you will design and guide the implementation of advanced software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering quality outcomes for clients across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Pre-Sales: Develop solution proposals, PoCs, and demos to support client engagements.
Software Solution Design: Lead architecture for end-to-end software solutions, ensuring they meet client objectives.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance.
Documentation & Quality Assurance: Produce detailed architectural documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, promoting continuous learning and team growth.
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in software development or architecture
Strong cloud expertise (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a bonus)
Proven experience with microservices, APIs, and modern web frameworks
Comfortable with data technologies such as Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, or Snowflake
Real-world experience delivering solutions in industries like retail, fintech, or healthcare
Mentoring and team-building skills
Fluent in English, technically and conversationally
Bonus Points
Advanced degrees or certifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Hands-on experience with Australia's Finance, Retail, or Healthcare sectors
