An established start up.. with a flair for doing things differently!

This business has been running for well over a decade now and has grown from strength to strength by investing in different streams of business and diversifying it's product offering.
 
As of 2019, they're looking to bring on a new technology leader to the business, to take ownership over a specific product they're offering to one of their bigger streams of business. This is still a technical role, requiring the individual to get into the code on the regular but also handle the project management duties, product road-map and technical leadership over the project teams. 
 
The role ..

Split between leadership, product guidance and technical delivery; this role will be responsible for one of the biggest projects this company is delivering over the foreseeable 24 months ahead.
 
-  This role will be responsible for effectively managing and executing communications to all levels of stakeholders (external and internal) in both a commercial and technical setting. 

- This role will be an escalation point and technical leader across their tech stack; primarily Python (Pyramid / Django) and Databases (Large complex NoSQL) - either efficient or happy to jump into JavaScript (ReactJS).


The right person will have..?

- Strong strategic + logical thinking skills. They need someone who breaks down problems to forge logical solutions (Data or statistical background very favourable)

- History of development across large scale, complex software delivery projects

- Strong technical proficiency with the roles above tech stack
