JDP have partnered with an awesome Private investment Firm that specialise in Agriculture and Environmental investments on behalf of High Net worth Customers, with offices across Australia. This role requires you to be onsite in their Shepparton office, VIC.

This role is a newly created position within this business, they are currently in their infancy stage of uplifting their It from a legacy system to more cloud based and modern technology. This is ideal for someone who lives and breathes supporting the wider team , you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and using your initiative on a daily basis to come up with solutions as they transition to mature processes, frameworks and technologies.  Apart from supporting the general Windows and Microsoft stack technologies, there is a number of Automation systems in the business such as Robotic Systems and high base storage units. 


What You'll Be Doing:

• Working closely with their Systems Admin to assist in projects and escalate complex issues.
• You will be the go-to person for supporting daily operations and maintaining business systems, software, and IT infrastructure. 
• Since this is a customer facing role, you will be the face of IT and will receive walk ups (primarily) along with phone calls & emails, you will be working across a variety
• Consolidating and simplifying the current systems that are in place.
• Work closely with various teams, providing IT guidance and support. 
• Dive into exciting IT projects, including ERP & inventory management, networks and cloud technologies.
• Transform the tech needs into actionable plans.

What We're Looking For:

• You have at least 2+ years of IT support experience supporting both Hardware & Software recently.
• Navigate IT systems, networks, and security principles with ease. You really enjoy problem solving! 
• Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Take the reins, manage your time effectively, and own the outcomes. Using your own initiative is key in this role. 
• Must have experience across Windows, desktop Servers, SQL, VMware.
• You will need to have experience dealing with critical infrastructure/IT.
• Must hold a valid Australian Drivers License.
