So, what who are we looking for? 
We are on the hunt for a skilled Systems Safety Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on pushing the boundaries of defence technology. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of complex systems.

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry-specific safety standards, and participating in system design to address safety concerns
• Perform fault tree analysis to prevent or mitigate failures.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and lead incident investigations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training on safety protocols.
• Continuous improvement of safety processes and methodologies.
• Have a thorough understanding of engineering principles and risk management.
• Be committed to maintaining a robust safety culture within the organisation.
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience in the Defence or Aerospace industry
• Bachelors degree in related field
• An understanding of MIL-STD-882
• 5 + years experience in Safety Systems
