The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations are looking to add to their team of Software Engineers - particularly to join their Innovation Accelerator Program.

As part of this team you will explore emerging technology, its strengths, weaknesses, applications - both on and off label - and aid in determining it's use in the market. You'll deep dive into the software development process, the reliability, scalability and security of technology and translate this into process changes and prototypes in order to stay ahead of the curve.

You'll bring an inquisitive, entrepreneurial mindset to this role - being open to change and constant improvement. Your time working on your own side projects, in start ups and breaking new ground will all be well received in this team. Similarly any experience in applied AI will also be helpful.

What you'll need:

• .NET, C# (Web Apps and APIs)
• Azure 
• Python (AI/ML)
• Applied AI Experience
• 12 Months Experience minimum
• Ability to start on Monday, 05 August 2024
• Ability to obtain Baseline clearance
