About the Role: This unique role invites a Software/Database Engineer to dive into the intricate web of financial services. With a primary focus on contact center solutions and anti-money laundering strategies, the Engineer will play a pivotal role in configuring and customising software solutions for banking partners.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and configure software features in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary environment, utilizing agile methodologies.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure software functionality.
• Engage directly with clients for technical support and user acceptance testing.
• Provide insightful suggestions aligned with client needs and product frameworks.

  
Requirements:

• Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and diverse databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Familiarity with Unix commands, shell scripting, and ideally, AWS environments.
• Experience in financial market compliance or AML is highly valued.
• Exposure to web applications, coding concepts, and financial compliance solutions is advantageous.
• Exposure to J2EE, Java, HTML, CSS is a bonus
