Seeking a Senior Product Designer, based in their Brisbane Head Office with the flexibility to work remote 50% of the time.

About the role: 

• Work with the Digital Solutions team in the management and execution of technology and digital media-based projects, making design decisions driven by research and analytics, while maintaining a focus on consistency and customer experience. 
• Employ user-centred design techniques to develop user interface specifications, including site maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, mock-ups (high and low fidelity), personas, prototypes, and style guides. 
• Work with the Digital Solutions team to develop front-end applications and user interfaces with a focus on user experience, consistency, performance, and scalability. 
• Conduct user experience research, including face-to-face and remote usability studies, and translate findings into improved experiences. 

About you: 

• Extensive experience in designing successful interactive websites/applications as a key member of a user experience team. 
• Experience in producing screen designs for usability and accessibility, including WCAG2 compliance requirements.
