We are looking for a  Senior UX Designer with a strong understanding of UX processes, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills and ideally you are able to start yesterday!

What we are looking for
Your role will be looking after and heading up their UX and working with the amazing design team. Your skills will be as follows;

• 6+ years of experience in a UX role
• Experience as a lead in management 
• You get stuff done, as demonstrated by working as a UX Designer in high-performing agile teams that have built, deployed and iterated on hardware or software applications
• Experience leading and shaping design on client site based projects, collaborating with the product owner to shape and prioritise the backlog
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams side by side with UI designers, software engineers and quality analysts
• Experience with research and user testing at various levels
• Ability to design for mobile-first responsive sites or mobile native apps
• Empathy and understanding of accessibility needs in digital products
• Experience presenting design concepts and facilitating workshops
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools, such as Sketch
• Ability to give constructive feedback and set out a plan based on feedback received
• Aptitude to learn new things
