The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to play a critical role in driving lead generation and revenue growth within a highly competitive, sales-oriented environment.
This role is ideal for a senior performance specialist who enjoys working at the intersection of data, commercial outcomes, and optimisation. You won't be managing people directly, but you will act as a technical and strategic leader, influencing best practice, lifting capability across the team, and setting the standard for performance excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own performance outcomes across paid search and other performance channels, delivering lead volume and revenue targets within agreed margin thresholds
  • Define and evolve SEM strategy, including bidding frameworks, channel roadmaps, and measurement plans
  • Execute and optimise accounts using best-practice structures, naming conventions, and tagging
  • Translate performance data into insight, delivering clear reporting and commentary to marketing and commercial stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards to support real-time performance monitoring and decision-making
  • Develop forecasting and bidding models, including CLV, incrementality testing, and attribution methodologies
  • Create automation and scripts to improve efficiency, pacing, hygiene, and creative rotation
  • Ensure best-in-class measurement, including accurate tracking, consent compliance, and data integrity
  • Document frameworks and processes to support onboarding and lift broader team capability
  • Mentor and influence peers, driving adoption of best practices without direct authority
  • Uphold governance standards, including brand safety and compliance requirements
 
 
What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years' experience managing large-scale SEM and performance media accounts
  • Deep expertise across Google Ads, SA360, DV360, GA4, and performance optimisation at scale
  • Strong experience working with offline datasets to enhance performance outcomes
  • Advanced analytical, statistical, and modelling skills, with a strong ability to interrogate and interpret data
  • Experience building and applying automation, scripts, and privacy-safe measurement solutions
  • Proven success in sales-driven environments with daily, monthly, and annual targets
  • Confidence presenting insights clearly and succinctly to senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to BigQuery, Python or R (highly regarded)
  • A degree in marketing, analytics, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads, SA360)
