We are seeking talented MLOps Engineers across Melbourne and Sydney to play a key role in leveraging machine learning and AI technologies to drive data-driven insights and decision-making across the sporting landscape for an industry-leading company.
  
As an MLOps Engineer in this new team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and processes necessary to deploy and manage machine learning models in production environments. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to develop cutting-edge solutions.

What You Can Expect:
  
  • Design and implement scalable MLOps pipelines for training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Architect and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support machine learning workflows.
  • Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms using PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate computer vision models into sports analytics applications.
  • Implement best practices for model monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, computer vision, and cloud technologies.
  
We are Looking For:
  
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer or similar role, with expertise in cloud technologies (particularly GCP) and GraphQL.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Deep understanding of computer vision principles and hands-on experience developing computer vision algorithms.
  • Experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sports and a desire to contribute to the success of Australian athletes.
  • Australian government security clearance is required.
