The skills to pay the bills:
 

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery and basic JavaScript frameworks
• Past experience with Shopify/Woocommerce as an e-commerce platform
• A firm handle on newer Javascript frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular- from personal or professional, and the ability to drive these forward in a fast paced enviroment
• A background of working with Microservices is highly regarded
• A leadership mentality and team player attitude
• Great work ethic and people skills are a must!

 
Some of what you'll be getting up to:
 

• Orchestrate and lead the initial build of the whole e-commerce website
• Occasionally liaising with external agencies for a 6-month period while the workload transitions in-house
• Maintain industry best practices and put the business needs first when making decisions around new technology and approaches
• Work closely with the marketing and designing teams to deliver world-class experiences for customers
• Write clean and robust code
• Build a team from the ground up, eventually mentoring and leading a team of developers.
