As a Senior Full Stack JS Engineer you will take a large responsibility in the shaping and forming of the technology team working closely with the Head of Engineering. 

Brief
We are looking for experience Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to help take a cloud contact centre product into the future. You will be responsible for assisting the architecture/solution designs, development, and deployment of the B2B SAAS product. The successful candidate will have a “can do” attitude, a passion for software development and great communication skills.
  
You will be a part of the team that’s working towards enhancing the current product suit, making it more visibly appealing and easier to use for customers that typically know the product to be in the ‘functional’ product space.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other developers both remotely and in person
- Work with our product designers to deliver the UI/UX product vision and deliver solutions
- Develop across our product for both web and mobile
- Work as part of an expanding engineering team
  
Skills & Experience
- Experience with ReactJS + nodeJS
- API development (REST or GraphQL)
- Ability to build and design good quality code
- Familiar with web/JS frameworks & tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner and adaptable to new emerging technologies
- Creative & excellent problem solver
- #GSD approach with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- A willingness to challenge the ‘Why?’
- Exposure to cloud-based web services, such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience maintaining 24/7 infrastructure at scale
- Advantageous to have: Exposure to AWS Connect, Unified Comms, Contact Centre or Customer Engagement Systems
