• The role will be managing a team of 3 Analysts with a clear path to being promoted to a Principal Analyst

The type of individual they are looking for is going to be detail orientated and creative person, with a passion/interest in product development and analytics. Someone who is a competent leader but also a good team players (i.e. no big ego's) and someone who enjoys problem solving. With this being a Senior/Leadership role managing a team of 3 you will need to enjoy interacting with stakeholders and people from the broader business.

• Strong SQL experience
• Experience Leading/managing two or more Analysts
• Experience with at least one of the following Digital Analytics tools - Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics or similar
• Some experience or knowledge working in a product development type environment
• Experience working with Data Visualisation tools - Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Experience with Multivariate testing or A/B Testing
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders in an agile environment
