They are currently going through rapid growth here in Australia, and are on the hunt for a Senior Data Engineer to join the team. Do you think this could be you? 
  
In this role you will have your own product delivery and insights, that will provide value to both internal and external customers. You will offer mentorship to fellow Data Engineers, be involved in design and code reviews that will help enhance your team, while your curiosity and proactivity ensure top-notch experiences for stakeholders.

What your day will look like you may ask?: 

• Build reliable data platforms, APIs, workflows and tools
• Develop and maintain spark-based ETL pipelines
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance
• Create queries and pipelines for data analysis and visualisations
• Mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with various teams for project planning
• Construct high-performing, sustainable and maintainable technologies

What we want to see:

• Python, Scala and AWS
• Some experience with data governance would be ideal!
• Have a solid understanding of BI data structures and different BI reporting tools
• CI/CD practices
• Be an all-round awesome person that is not afraid to make mistakes and learn
