We’re looking for a Change Communications specialist to support a major CRM & Billing transformation program. This role is hands-on and delivery focused, owning the communication planning and execution needed to guide teams through significant technology and process change.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop clear, engaging, and timely communications that support the rollout of new systems and ways of working.
• Translate complex technical changes into simple, user-friendly messages.
• Support the broader change team by delivering comms plans, stakeholder updates, newsletters, FAQs, and go-live communications.
• Work closely with project teams, SMEs, and business leaders to understand impacts and craft communication materials that drive awareness and adoption.
• Help manage feedback channels, pulse checks, and readiness communications across the program.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in change communications within large technology or transformation projects.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and tailored communications for different audiences.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of change management practices and frameworks.
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
