JDP have partnered with a leading digital agency to secure a Senior Account Director. As the Senior Account Director, you will be an integral part of the Account Management team, responsible for fostering strong client relationships, driving growth, and providing strategic digital advice in Queensland.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
• Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities within existing accounts, as well as pitch and secure new client accounts. 
• Serve as the primary representative of the brand in Queensland, actively promoting it through digital channels and networking events. 
• Lead the development and execution of account strategies to deliver ROI and support account growth.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs. 
• Lead strategic conversations with clients, acting in a consulting capacity to shape their future digital roadmaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop cohesive strategies and initiatives
Attend networking and industry events to expand professional network, promote the brand, and identify new business opportunities. 
• Take responsibility for day-to-day account management duties and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
