Just Digital People are on the look out for an exceptional Business Development Manager from a strong software/SaaS background to join this ever-growing team.
This is a great opportunity to be apart of a rapidly expanding global business, revolutionising the performance of companies across the world from beginning to end. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to come in strong, hit the ground running, be responsible for closing new software business across Australia & New Zealand and own their sales targets/opportunities.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets by bringing on new customers and closing sales
  • Attractively communicate and present the companies software solution and overall value proposition to all levels of a target organisations 
  • Communicate effectively with the wider team to overcome any hurdles and propose areas for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Reporting on and forecasting sales and pipeline
Required Experience
  • 3+ years in a client facing business development/new sales role
  • Experience in selling software solutions/SaaS platforms
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast moving environment with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Ability to break through road blocks, develop new ideas and take responsibility for getting sales across the line
  • Results orientated team player
  • Strong presentation, communication, multitasking and time management skills
  • Experience in building/facility management sector highly regarded
