An opportunity has arisen to work with one of our highly valued eCommerce brands who have now grown and opened a number of bricks and mortar stores.
Due to being part of that digital growth, JDP have been asked to assist in the physical aspect of the brand and find a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to help run their new Armadale flagship store.
The Role
As Retail Store Manager, you are at the forefront of the brand, delivering the business ethos and values, whilst creating a memorably positive customer experience.
The is a full-time role (Tuesday-Saturday) where you are not only responsible for creating a welcoming environment to customers, but also a pleasant and understanding habitat and surroundings to team members. You are their first port-of-call and voice to higher management.
You must have a high level of empathy, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience of working in customer care, understanding of return policies and people management and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
