Recruitment Team Lead Required:
Just Digital People are looking for a hands-on Consultant to lead and grow our software development / engineering team. This role would ideally suit someone who is looking to develop their skills in the people leadership arena whilst still remaining hands on with clients.
Experience in Digital / Software Development Recruitment is not mandatory – It’s more about your mindset and current ability, plus the understanding of how to harness a successful recruitment team. Essentially, remaining proactive in your approach, whilst ensuring repeat custom across both clients and candidates alike.

Ideally you are in a team lead role currently, so this would be a plug and play, but i would also consider a successful consultant who wants to try their hand at leading a small team. Happy to work with you and upskill you if you have the right attitude.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4 + grow if required
- Support, Encourage and mold newer team members
- Maintain and build on existing strong client relationships
- Improve recruitment efficiency across team
- Smash Targets

- Someone with a successful track record in recruitment (open on industry)
- Someone who can work with an array of diverse clients
- The ability to have fun - don't take yourself too seriously
- Drive! The ability to put the previous day behind and remain focused.
