Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering the vision and strategy of our product. Your responsibilities include gaining a deep understanding of the market and competitors, showcasing the product to customers, and comprehending how it addresses customer pain points. Collaborating with the Product team, you will define the Product Roadmap and closely engage with the Executive team to grasp requirements, priorities, and constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating extensively with the executive leadership team to establish the vision and strategy for the product.
• Conducting customer interactions to gain insights into their challenges and how the product effectively addresses their pain points.
• Analyzing the operational scenarios of customers to align the product with their specific use cases.
• Thoroughly researching the product market and assessing the competitive landscape.
• Crafting a comprehensive Product Roadmap in collaboration with the product delivery team.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on both the product and customer requirements.
• Developing a robust pipeline of opportunities for the product.
• Crafting and defining Product Marketing materials to effectively communicate product value.

What do we need from you?

• First and foremost, good communication, a curiosity to learn and desire to be an integral part of a small yet high performing team (So a good attitude, i.e no big ego).
• Proven experience in product management or product ownership/Leadership, preferably in a high-tech or defence technology environment.
• Strong technical background in Embedded Systems
• Strong technical background in Software Development.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required.
