You'll be bought on to manage digital products that deliver vision and strategy, from strategic planning to tactical activities. To construct and implement the strategic goals of roadmap and initiatives.

Responsibilities 

• Defining and driving the roadmap – define the product vision with the product team and key stakeholders and develop a forward plan for new product features/product releases
• Work as part of a cross-functional team, highly collaborating with Leads and team including product coach, designers, developers and content experts
• Actively gain a deep understanding of audience experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow audience reach, improve audience experience and drive digital growth
• Develop and communicate relevant success metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness and performance of the products
• Track and act on product performance based on analytics and user feedback.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge and be on top of market changes and competitive trends in the media industry and share these with the team and wider business

You'll have

• Demonstrated success as a product manager, or similar role
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• Experience in understanding customer needs and delivering customer values
• Ability to successfully adjust and work effectively with changing situations, and a variety of individuals or groups
