We are seeking an experienced ERP Process Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Workday ERP solution, including its integration with billing systems. You will be responsible for defining To-Be processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process optimisation to support organisational change.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Process Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Workday ERP solution, including its integration with billing systems. You will be responsible for defining To-Be processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process optimisation to support organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of new and re-engineered business processes.
- Develop detailed Business Process Specifications in line with best practices.
- Work closely with CRM, Billing, and ERP teams to ensure an end-to-end process view.
- Engage stakeholders, ensuring process objectives and controls are clearly defined.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring processes are validated and adopted.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process development.
- Strong understanding of finance processes.
- ERP implementation experience (Workday preferred).
- Process optimisation expertise (Six Sigma preferred)
