Your new role

• Plan and execute performance campaign across multiple paid channels (search and social)
• Regularly conduct and keep record of conversion optimisation tests and learnings each month to continually improve performance marketing campaigns
• Perform optimisation tasks for Google Ads campaigns, which includes but not limited to creating new campaigns, keyword research and expansion, budget management, audience segment optimisation, and ad copy optimisation
• Use data and analytics effectively determine opportunities for growth and conversion rate optimisation to achieve maximum outcomes and end-to-end customer experience

What you’ll need to succeed

• 3-5 years’ experience in performance marketing
• Delivering end to end lead generation and conversion
• Hands on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SA360, Google Campaign Manager and Analytics
• Strong data analysis skills, ability to analyse and use data-driven approaches to optimise campaigns and performance aligned to the business
• Prior experience in a digital/performance marketing agency is highly regarded
