JDP are partnering with a Brisbane based digital marketing agency who are on the hunt for a new Performance Marketing Manager to come in head up their paid media function!

What you need:

• 3-5 years experience specialising in performance marketing
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Be a true specialist in everything performance, Google Ads, META platforms, Programmatic etc.
• Experience with Tiktok, Pintrest and Linked In is a bonus
• Knowledge in SEO 
• Ability to drive high value traffic to their website through their owned and paid channels
• Proven experience in implementing digital marketing strategies in an agency environment
• Monitor and analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership and organisation skills.

What you'll do:

• Lead a compact team, cultivating a cooperative and results-driven atmosphere
• Partner closely with Client Success Managers to design tailored online marketing plans for clients 
• Spearhead automation initiatives to boost agency efficiency
• Oversee budgets and refine campaigns to maximise outcomes
• You will offer strategic insights to enhance all client accounts
