Key Responsibilities:

• Create digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more to generate a steady stream of leads for the sales team
• Manage, monitor, and optimise the heck out of ads to squeeze every last drop of performance
• Keep tabs on the latest social and search trends to stay one step ahead of the competition
• Measure the impact of your efforts on lead flow, customer lifetime value, and retention
• Collaborate with both the in-house crew and external partners to deliver mind-blowing results
• Find new market segments to conquer and expand their digital dominance

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years leading digital ad campaigns on the biggest and baddest platforms
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, Analytics, and more
• Experience navigating the mysterious realms of Hubspot and other CMS platforms
• Metrics-driven mindset and ability to transform data into valuable insights
