What your day to day will look like :
- Work in a newly created, growing team with exposure to media planning and buying process across online and offline
- Reporting to the Performance Director, you will be managing an executive; working across search and social biddable campaigns towards defined KPIs
- Helping with process improvement, rolling bid platforms, reporting automation and improving team efficiency through effective work process flow
- Building strong relations with clients, identify new opportunities and gain buy-in via consultative upselling
- Be the go-to person for all things Performance!
All we need from you is :
- Experience in mentoring team members, looking to take up more responsibility
- Ability to manage priorities and set expectations for the external and internal stakeholders
- 2+ years experience running high-volume campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, GDN, Facebook etc. with proven success
- Google Fundamentals and Advanced proficiency exams
- Working knowledge of tools such as Kenshoo/ Double Click
