Hope everyone's 2019 is off to an amazing start! 

I'm working with a company that's created a SaaS solution that empowers teams and individuals across the globe achieve safer, higher quality and more efficient workplaces. They're tackling a seriously big problem and having the best time doing it. An Australian based company, valued at $440 million and expanding at a 5x growth rate; they aren't stopping just there. 

They're on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Manager that will take the lead to architect and improve the marketing ecosystem. 

 What your day-to-day will look like : 
-Integrate marketing automation, CMS, customer data platforms to drive customer experiences
- Build trigger-based, automated marketing campaigns that drive value over time
- Lead marketing operations by establishing and optimising processes. 
- Work with Operations, global marketing, Program Management and IT teams to improve cross-functional work processes.
- Connect marketing channel data and drive consistency across processes, so that marketing performance can be measured globally
- Report on marketing performance, track target vs actuals across global marketing efforts - including lead lifecycle, conversion rates, ROI, and other cost metrics 
- Change management: Fly a plane while changing it's engine
- Communicate recommendations, solutions and change to a variety of audiences across functions and levels in the organisation 

All we need from you is :
- 3-5 years marketing experience working across - marketing automation, Salesforce, CMS, Analytics
- Previous experience in tech-based product growth 
- Highly analytical and able to work across various teams 
- HTML experience
