My client, who have been dominating the market for over 15 years, are looking for the icing on the cake for their national marketing team.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the marketing operations inline with the strategic growth plan of the business. The marketing programs will be directed across all platforms including social media, industry events, etc.

The role

This senior position is responsbile for leading, managing and implementing all marketing and communication strategies to drive brand exposure and build on the product awareness and reputation. You will be at the forefront of marketing and communications, including all aspects of paper, digital and social marketing.

Main duties 
  • Developing and implementing marketing, media and communication strategies to ensure effective reach and exposure of this interstate brand.
  • Identifying and reviewing organisational and product branding as well as developing effective marketing tools and strategies.
  • Developing all social media strategies and campaigns
  • Mapping out and managing an annual program of events 
  • Partnering with key management teams to devise strategies and tactics to increase sales
  • Managing and developing team members 
What you need to know
  • You must have managed a small digital team.
  • Working knowledge of sales and margin reporting process and data management tools
  • Proficient skills in Windows desktop software and analytics tools
  • Strong hands on experience of opimisation campaign design
  • Experience in successfully planning and executing marketing, media and branding campaigns with a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience in developing effective marketing collateral across print and digital media.
