We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take charge of driving growth and innovation for my clients brand in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Join their team and play a critical role in supporting the sales team to expand client base and solidify their position as a market leader. These guys are looking for someone with a proven track record of boosting business growth and skillfully working across various marketing channels and content creation.

What you'll be doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
• Brand Development: Shape and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touch points.
• Campaign Management: Conceptualise and oversee engaging marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, utilising both traditional and digital channels.
• Utilise analytics to assess campaign performance, gather insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and market presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Director or in a similar senior role.
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into action.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
• Interest in technology and an appreciation for software and product development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or nightlife/hospitality industries is a plus.
• Possess networks and relationships that can support the company's growth plans.
