The opportunity

I am looking for a high calibre professional, who will take on the responsibility for managing key accounts within the legal and conveyancing industry.

You will have support from an Accounts Executive with the primary focus being to increase revenue growth by driving new business acquisition across all business units within the company.

This role is a key member of the Major Accounts Sales team and will work closely with all team members in the relevant states to:
  
· Grow revenue by increasing usage and share of wallet of Search and Legal Support Services within an existing portfolio of accounts, and drive new business acquisition of the Online Search solution (75%)
· Deliver strategic account management across a portfolio of business units within the top 150 Legal and Conveyancing firms in Australia, maintaining established relationships and growing long term partnerships (25%)
· Contribute to the Major Accounts team’s development and growth.

  
Role and responsibilities


· Pipeline management
· Where required accept additional projects or areas of responsibility that will improve the team’s and overall company’s performance.
· Remains up to date with industry, product and software knowledge.
· Drive new business acquisition and market penetration
· Grow Existing Client Share of Wallet
· Deliver the highest standard of service to customers to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
· Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant internal stakeholders.
· Manage the resolution process for customers in a timely manner. This would involve escalations to the General Manager and other support teams.
· Build effective relationships with key stakeholders 
· Work with the Major Accounts Executive to effectively on-board clients and drive usage.
· Keep our products and systems relevant. Work with the Brand Innovation Group and Sales teams to identify how customers are using our product/services to highlight features/opportunities for future innovation/release.
· Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
· Provide effective and timely feedback to internal stakeholders
· Keep accurate records of activity, including customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in business CRM.
· Process orders, forms and applications 

Skills and Experience

· 7+ years’ experience in a Strategic Account Management or Territory sales role within an equivalent industry and environment are considered essential.
· Experience in solution selling techniques with an emphasis on new business generation. Strong Account Management is highly desired.
· Strong presentation, communication, organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
· Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills – particularly in classroom style training that enable effective interaction between internal and external stakeholders.
· Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
· Adaptable, works well in different working environments and has the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a large volume of customer requests and tight deadlines
· Personable and professional, who is able to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the business
· Results orientated and well organised with a sense of urgency and an ability to meet tight deadlines
· Exceptional computer knowledge
· Motivated self-starter, enthusiastic team player.

Salary

$120,000 - $130,000 OTE up to $180k year one.
