We are currently working on X2 LEAD SERVICE DESIGNER roles within a Digital Government agency based in Sydney OR Brisbane with a Hybrid working way (ideally 2 days in office) for an initial 6 month contract with confirmed extensions.
  
Day rate is subject to experience but around $800-$1,200 p/d + Super
  
As one of the Lead Service Designers you will designing the end-to-end journey of Digital services based on evidence of customer needs and strategic outcomes.
  
You will be responsible for driving a human-centric and holistic approach to service delivery; helping to design and guide solutions to support multiple.
  
Please note you need to be in a position to obtain a Baseline Security clearance (Australian citizen).

• Work with cross functional teams to identify problems, drive research, and pursue development
• Experience creating inspiring customer-centred design solutions
• Demonstrated successful delivery of end-to-end service designs from discovery and ideation.
• Demonstrated successful design of project approach and methods
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting complex and cross-department programs of work
• Ability to make appropriate decisions within the boundaries of this role

  
Skills –
  

• Over 4 years’ experience in HCD methods with a focus on Service Design, with Strategy/ Research
• Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding, and application of, Design Thinking principles
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful
• Strong understanding of Service Design methodology
