JDP have partnered with a Performance Marketing and Creative agency to find their next Lead Paid Ads Strategist. Their team is dedicated to excellence and committed to making a positive impact. The Role:
As Lead Paid Ads Strategist, you'll:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients in eCommerce and B2B SaaS spaces, managing the project from strategy down to execution across a number of channels.
• Manage a small team of paid ads specialists and a graphic designer while working closely with them on strategy.
• Utilise skillset in data analysis, modelling and reporting suites to provide actionable insights to the team and the client.
• Drive growth and innovation in paid advertising strategies.
• Correspond and manage all involved stakeholders, including internal staff, business owners, board members and marketing manager.

The Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on work with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong relationship-building skills with team members and clients.
• Passion for growth, continuous improvement, and strategy.
• Proven account management experience, nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Track record of managing portfolios with $500K+ monthly spend.
• Leadership experience.
• Proficiency in developing and optimising towards MER targets (P&L review experience a plus).
• Omnichannel marketing expertise.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience in analysing and presenting data to inform strategic decisions.
