The Engineering Squad;
This is a group of super talented, hardworking guys and gals who are genuinely proud to be part of the journey. Ideas are welcomed but also challenged and you will learn heaps here. They have a unique approach to development and are completely open with the team. Here you will have weekly product updates from the director along with the good and the not so good from that week. You will be leading a team of 6-8 and you will report to the Product Owner. The team will be made up of developers, designers, and testers.
The Gig;
You will be working with 5 teams with 6-8 in each team. You will be guiding your team on development whilst also keeping hands on the tools. You will be getting involved in the System Architecture and inputting into decisions at the top. You will be working on a range of tech and AWS cloud services.

What you will need;
- A strong grasp of System Architecture and Leading teams
- Solid commercial experience with Javascript/Typescript
- Strong handson experience with React/Redux
- Demonstrated experience with noSQL DB’s (MongoDB, CouchDB)
- Understanding with cloud technologies (AWS favourable)
- Flexible work environment – 3 days WFH
- Super friendly, collaborative culture
