Are you an experienced React Developer looking to progress into leadership? This could be the role for you. You'll have a huge impact on both greenfield projects, and guiding a team of developers. 

In this role, you'll be leading the design and development of innovative solutions. You'll pinpoint any technical gaps and proactively manage technical debt. It's not just technical - you will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and advocating for best practices. Leading people is a huge part of the role, so it's essential you enjoy managing and motivating a team. 

Essential experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience. Specifically, with expertise in:

• React, TypeScript, Node 
• Testing (Cypress and Jest) 
• Webpack, Babel 
• Microservices 
• Agile practices 
• Technical Leadership 
• Mentoring

Whilst this is predominantly a front end role, you will need a solid understanding of the backend - ideally with Node.

The office is conveniently located in Brisbane City and requires 3 days a week in the office. They are offering up to 1 $160,000 + Super.
