Just Digital People are currently working with a bustling Digital Agency in Melbourne. You will be working with a tight-knit team, who love to create, collaborate and produce exceptional work & experiences for their clients.
They are a very relaxed and flexible bunch who don't take themselves too seriously. So you'll have to leave that ego at the door and bring a sense of humor. ;) ... I think we will call this the No D*ckhead policy.
Throughout this role you will be working with all levels of the business from junior through to the leadership team and directors of the business. Therefore excellent stakeholder management and high EQ will be required.
You will also be the subject matter expert of a range of technical requirements so the rest of the development team can come to you with ideas and issues that may need solving, someone who enjoys mentoring & coaching in a people-first mindset - NOT an authoritarian one.
This role will have a level of innovation and creative flair to bring your ideas to the table and discuss it with the wider team in a collaborative manner.

What will you bring:
- Strong experience across WordPress and Woocommerce, building custom themes and plugins
- High level of EQ with the ability to manage up and down
- Excellent level of communication
- Background in client servicing roles and/or agency experience
- Proven experience in empowering teams as a leader
- Knowledge of 3rd party API integration\
- Javascript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Git
- React - ideal, other modern frameworks will be considered
- CMS: WordPress
- E-commerce: WooCommerce
