Just Digital People are very excited to partner with our client, a leading SaaS company who are experiencing another exciting growth phase due to continued YOY growth! They are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to be based in Melbourne.

What you’ll do:
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities across a wide variety of sectors
  • Provide product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition to clients, identifying pain points, addressing any queries, and handling objections
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Manage and drive tender responses and work alongside the wider sales team to collaborate and close opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative selling approach
  • Manage pipeline effectively in line with budget and overall business goals
What you’ll need:
  • At least 1-2 years of closing experience
  • Strong understanding of SaaS
  • Previous experience selling Software with a solution selling approach
  • Prior experience working in a hunting role, which is high volume and fast-paced
  • Demonstrated experience in hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Vibrant, highly motivated, and a ‘go-getter’
  • High level of enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to succeed
