Our client is a leading provider of building and landscaping products in Australia who are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Melbourne. This is a growth role with an immediate start.

What you’ll do:
- Handle sales enquiries and process sales orders (in-person, online, phone)
- Discuss and recommend tailored options for each client based upon individual needs, requirements, and goals/outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Set up new customer accounts
- Process sales orders and send invoices to customers
- Follow up on invoices sent and to be paid
- Ensure customer orders come through and are delivered on time
- Co-ordinate orders with partner transport companies
- Work with a wide variety of clientele with varying building/landscaping requirements
- Ideally 1-2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the landscaping and building industry, including products
- Very strong customer service experience and a customer centric approach
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Basic IT skills and CRM competency
- Proactive and task-oriented
