Just Digital People are working with a leading software provider in the asset and facilities management space to secure a passionate Head of Sales to jump on board their growing global business.
This exceptional opportunity will find you responsible for building out the sales and marketing function for our clients software solutions revolutionising the performance of companies across the globe. Reporting to the General Manager of the Building Operations arm, the Head of Sales role forms part of the core leadership team and is responsible for the revenue performance of the business unit. This is a cornerstone role for our business, ideal for someone with the appetite and enthusiasm to create new sales and marketing strategies, teams and practices.

A Day in the Life...
  • Lead, manage and mentor the sales and marketing functions, creating and maintaining a high performance high-integrity sales culture.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet KPI's through lead generation resulting in the closing of new business and upsell from existing client accounts.
  • Identify skills gaps and recruit new talent within approved budgets.
  • Create and implement sales strategies, practices and initiatives to drive sales objectives that are aligned with business strategy.
  • Support and lead the implementation of marketing programs within agreed budget guidelines and with an ‘ROI’ approach to marketing spend.
  • Offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives and support the preparation of a wide range of proposals.
  • Participate in leadership team discussions, contribute to business strategy and be accountable for sales and marketing initiatives and issues.
  • An understanding of sales operations processes including sales budgets, analysis and forecasting.
  The Recipe to Success...
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a similar senior sales leadership role
  • Prior experience in the B2B software industry and an aptitude for technology.
  • Experience in leading, managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strategic thinker able to provide meaningful insight at a leadership level and contribute to business and product strategy.
  • Demonstrated understanding and success in the management of marketing activities to create business value.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a high standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Prior experience in asset and facility management would be highly regarded.
