This design team has been absolutely smashing it! The brand watches their growth climb every week and it's a huge team effort across the entire marketing department. Every week they conceptualise new promos then get to work on creating all that content in-house - photography, copy, visuals - they cover it all and to a super high standard. 

They are a household brand and each individual is encouraged to add their own flavour - which is why you'll love being a part of their team.

Speaking with the Creative Director about the role; they tell me its fast paced, it's challenging but it's super rewarding. They look after the team big time, awesome culture, but if you're working hard for them, they'll recognise and incentivise. 

You can expect to design for this team across a mix of mediums - it's predominantly marketing collateral but spans Digital and Print, even video and photography gets in there. 

So what are they looking for? 

• 3+ Commercial Experience Visual designer - you've already got an impressive folio together that shows off your style and commitment to quality design
• You can show a mix of both print and digital design (EDM's to brochure design)
• You understand branding and how to follow the guides

You've got a bonus power in design whether it be experience with packaging, after affects, coding experience, HTML5 or etc.
