We’ve partnered up with an award-winning creative and digital agency based in Melbourne to search for their next Performance Marketing Specialist. Currently a team of 40+ and looking to add headcount in order to best service their clients across retail, FMCG, financial services, education.

Your new role

• Managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads and Display
• Ensure all campaigns are being delivered on time and achieving agreed KPIs.
• Identify and communicate new channel and optimisation opportunities to clients.
• Collate, analyse, and produce insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns.
• Use report statistics to influence best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns.

About you

• 4 years of Google Ads experience (in Aus based digital agency)
• Demonstrated experience across both strategy and hands on execution of campaigns
• A thorough understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, & Google Tag Manager
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• A data-driven approach to Ad analysis and competitive market analysis
