Our client, a well-established and esteemed brand in the digital marketing sector on a global scale, is a seeking a Field Marketing Manager who is passionate and fully committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences within the Asia Pacific region.

Your role will involve implementing effective field marketing initiatives that directly contribute to generating, accelerating, expanding pipelines, and engaging with accounts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing. Preference given to candidates with SaaS and B2B experience.
  • Proven track record of driving and converting pipeline, and collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing creative demand generation campaigns aimed at acquiring new business through trial sign-ups.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, establishing successful relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep comprehension of marketing and sales funnels, with strategies to enhance opportunities and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Proficient in copywriting and social media, with the capability to tailor messaging for diverse audience segments
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute direct field marketing activities to foster growth in the APAC region, aligning with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Specialist to develop and expand marketing strategies and programs, enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Manage and coordinate all direct event and marketing initiatives, including virtual events, webinars, trade shows, round tables, executive visits, and customer events.
  • Develop and execute integrated, innovative multi-touch campaigns that yield the desired ROI.
  • Partner with the commercial team to craft strategic plans aimed at boosting pipeline growth in the APAC region.
  • Develop annual roadmaps and quarterly marketing plans for target accounts, encompassing both new prospects and existing customers.
