Our client are looking for an experienced e-Commerce Manager to further drive online sales and marketing initiatives.
This family owned brand has been steadily building for the past 30+ years, they now require the skills of a seasoned e-commerce marketer to continue raising the bar for the group.
As a emerging player in the retail industry, they operate in both the B2C and B2B spaces, with a strong focus on customer-centric strategies.

As the e-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing their online sales and marketing activities. This involves leading small team of digital specialists, collaborating with internal teams such as product leads, marketing, sales and operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement website upgrades for both B2B and D2C channels.
• Collaborate on e-commerce strategies and system improvement with leadership.
• Analyse traffic and provide insights for website improvements and marketing strategy effectiveness.
• Implement strategies to drive increased conversion, spend and traffic to their platforms. Lead major sales campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate with various business units for effective platform management.
• Oversee monthly priority messages and product launch communications. Ensure website and online platform connectivity, working closely with the Social Media Officer to optimise organic channels.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, display, affiliates, email marketing, and social media.

About you:

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience, management experience.
• Proven experience in devising strategies to encourage sales in online stores and B2B platforms.
• Proficiency in managing online activity related to traffic acquisition, attribution modelling, website optimisation, and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus is essential.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• CRM/email systems (e.g., Klayvio) is highly regarded. Previous website upgrade management experience. Familiarity with financial systems.
