Position Summary:
We are looking for a Dynamics365 Technical Consultant to take on a integral role delivering highly complex projects, you'll be providing a consultative approach with our clients on technical queries to allow effective completion.
Your job duties will include:
- Supporting junior Developers.
- Working towards the technical governance structure within correct practices.
- Working towards the Implementation and Design of Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions.
- Configurations and customisations.
- Developing and designing Dynamics 365 for CRM solutions/ related to Power Platform, CRM Portals and mobile applications.
- Always keep a business focus when providing solutions.
- 5+ years experience hands-on experience with Dynamics 365/CRM.
- Proven experience with complex, large and integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions.
- Proven experience using Power Platform (PowerApps/ Flow).
- Proven experience in configuring CRM workflows, business process flows, business rules and calculated fields.
- Proven experience of integrating Dynamics 365 (CRM) with other software solutions.
