About you...

The day-to-day...
- Build and maintain strong communication and relationships between internal (and sometimes external) parties
- Autonomously manage small and mid-sized systematic tasks and projects
- Planning, scheduling and prioritizing projects to meet business objectives for both your team and your clients
- Ability to set & deliver transparent expectations at all times
- Helping the team define and scope delivery solutions that achieve your clients’ goals through roadmapping techniques and team collaboration
- Preparing estimates and statements of work
- Reviewing project progress and identifying risks and issues throughout the projects lifecycle
- Track projects within the team to ensure they meet their expected budget, time and scope and provide accurate financial forecasts
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to the Senior and Executive Producer
- Working closely & reporting to the Head of PM
About you...
- 3+ years experience in a digital agency environment
- Ideally has certifications or hands on experience with agile project management methodologies
- Strong scope and change management skills
- You're passionate, a team player and love to be hands-on
- Communication and collaboration is at the forefront of what you do
- Solutions focused & ability to keep calm under pressure
- Positive can do attitude
- An expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior level clients and stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
