Looking for a Programmatic focused Performance Marketing Manager to be a part of this dynamic and rapidly growing digital team. $120,000 + super + bonus on offer, and so much more!
You will be the in-house Programmatic expert. Responsible for managing and scaling Programmatic Marketing activity across display, video and audio while managing 2 reports.
Your day-to-day :
- Guide strategy, develop, manage and grow all programmatic media activity as part of a $14M performance marketing budget
- Manage your direct report, furthering their development and keeping them motivated
- Work with media agencies to deliver strategically aligned pre roll and connected TV campaigns alongside TV buys.
- Work with publishers on data sharing initiatives, integrating data management platforms.
- Work with CRM and Analytics teams on audience builds and campaign activation.
- Maintain brand safety measures and the responsible, measurable delivery of media via IAS.
- Reporting on the performance of programmatic campaigns
- Educate the broader business units in programmatic marketing and data use
- Manage adtech vendor relationships
What we need from you :
- Minimum 5 years’ programmatic marketing experience
- Strong technical knowledge across DSPs, DMPs, Analytics platforms and app attribution tools.
- Adobe stack knowledge brings brownie points but not essential
- Experience managing/mentoring juniors
