With a bigger percentage of their clients already utilising them for Email & Social Media campaign management, you'll have clients ready for your expertise from day 1 and also be responsible for briefing and be pitching future digital clients with the goal to grow & expand this side of the business.
  

The day to day:

• Help clients identify their digital needs, goals, opportunities and challenges
• Provide direction to and brief in-house Copywriters & Assistants on effective campaign execution
• Create and execute innovative strategies and solutions to deliver exceptional results for clients across all digital marketing channels
• Work with the Managing Director to actively grow the digital division of the business through both cross-selling to existing clients and seeking new business opportunities
• You'll be a customer-centric social media fanatic with an appreciation for engaging content & well-written sales copy
• You have an eye for detail, a hands-on attitude and know digital best practice like the back of your hand 
• An excellent communicator and team player, you will need to collaborate with the team, whilst managing client and stakeholder relationships
